Just Roberto Chardonnay Terre di Chieti IGT 2020

Brilliant, straw-coloured yellow with evident greenish hues. Intense, fresh and fruity with note of tropical fruit and green apple. Harmonic, supple and fresh with good body and persistent.

Winery & Terroir:

Madonna dei Miracoli winery was founded in 1960 by 42 small winegrowers of the area, it has grown over the years and now has 650 members with 1400 hectares altogether where select vines are grown. Vineyards situated on the municipality of Casalbordino, between the hills facing the Adriatic Sea. Gravely soil, favorable exposure of vineyard on the hills at ~170m elevation. Company UAB VSF and the project Just Roberto were born from the experience of 17 years of work of team of sommeliers and wine experts in search of the right quality / price ratio, offering small and medium-sized wineries with excellent ratings exposure to export markets.

Vinification:

Skin contact with the must for 8 hours at 8°C, separation of the must from the skins and made limpid by decantation, alcoholic fermantation at 18 °C in steel tanks. 4-5 months in steel tanks, refinement in bottle for 10 days.
