An expressly lush Pinot Noir from the Veneto region. Hand-picked and deeply coloured, perfumed with shades of cherry fruit and a hint of forest floor.

Aroma: Rich bouquet of blackberry, light cherry and plums.

Taste: Dry, fragrant, elegant, notes of black cherry, plum and cranberry.

Production: Harvest strictly hand-picked in the first 10 days of September.

Vinification: The juice obtained from the soft pressing of the entire grapes left to ferment on the skins for 6-8 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. When spring is well underway it is bottled and then bottle- aged for at least another two months.
